We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect Senior Leader to join our team at Nestlé IT. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain data models, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing and storage.
  • Collaborate with Data Management Leads to define process to analyze and map NUSA-specific data hierarchies across functions, customers, and systems.
  • Work with Business teams to align hierarchy with corresponding business rules, requirements, and data transformations.
  • Define sources and calculations for metrics and KPIs, leading metrics standardization in functions and reconciling data as necessary.
  • Partner with IT teams to develop data architecture standards, guidelines for processing and persisting data on prem and cloud, and ensure appropriate standardization, categorization, and hierarchy is followed.

About You:

  • You have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have 3+ years of experience with data architecture and ERP tools, preferably in consumer products.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • You are self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
