In this role, you will support process modelling and analysis of related processes, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
You will collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements, conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.
Key responsibilities include producing documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures, as well as maintaining organized and up-to-date process documentation.
As a Business Process Consultant, you will support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.
You will learn Cemex's BPM platform and be prepared to provide training to users, demonstrating expertise in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, and continuous process improvement.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Innovation or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
You should have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, and continuous process improvement.
Additional requirements include strong interest in business process improvement and consulting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools is preferred, as well as project management experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and any other languages being a plus.
