This exciting opportunity will challenge you to apply your expertise in Lean methodologies and process improvement to optimize our production lines, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Line Architecture Design, and Material Providing Handling, to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance production line capacity, reduce lead times, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging tools such as Six Sigma DMAIC, EPEI, and Line Balancing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including OEE, NEE, IE, and KE, to inform improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or metalworking sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies, with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and implement change.
- Proficiency in tools such as AUTOCAD and MS Project, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
