Ethical Cases Investigator

Michelin is seeking a highly skilled Ethical Cases Investigator to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for identifying, detecting, and mapping existing or emerging ethical and/or compliance risks within the organization.

• Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of unethical behavior, including harassment, managerial behavior, conflict of interest, labor relationship, and discrimination.
• Collaborate with other departments and local ethics and compliance managers to ensure the Group's compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide expert support to operational teams in matters of ethics and/or compliance.
• Present findings and recommendations to the ethical committee for decision-making.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house or external investigator.
• Managerial experience or HR experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence others on the respect of ethics.
