About the RoleWe are seeking a Sr Strategic Buyer to lead the procurement of key materials, parts, supplies, and equipment for manufacturing. This role will optimize pricing and delivery terms, reviewing current suppliers and identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Develop and deploy a sourcing strategy for assigned indirect categories, aligning with business objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including SLA and pricing.
- Execute strategic sourcing best practices to improve supplier quality, total cost effectiveness, and services levels.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in procurement, supply chain management, or similar roles. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
