Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer located in our North Campus. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role involves responsibilities to implement and maintain quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization. Will also be in charge of NPI processes validations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, apply, revise and maintain quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
  • Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
  • Support Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
  • Assist with development and implementation of quality audits.
  • Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience as NPI QE in electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced English (Written & Spoken).
  • Strong experience in NPI.
  • Technical knowledge of soft tool.
  • Knowledge in Core Tools (AMFE, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP).
  • Problem solving expert (8D, 5Why, Process mapping, Ishikawa diagram).
  • Expert in creation and design of P-FMEA and control plan.
