About the Role

As a CVS Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for leading calibration and validation activities to meet customer and regulatory standards. You will collect and align technical requirements with ZF CVS to create product proposals, develop application documentation, and conduct thorough system validations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement calibration and validation procedures to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align technical requirements for product proposals.
  • Design and develop application documentation to support system validations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure commercial vehicle products meet homologation requirements and comply with industry standards.
  • Provide expert technical support and foster collaboration across functional groups to drive innovation and efficiency.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, master's preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Machining and Assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with QAD, Minitab, Microsoft Office, Vector - CANape/CANalyzer.
  • Knowledge of Core tools (AMEF, PPAP, MSA, APQP, SPC, CP), Lean Manufacturing, and Engineering Changes.
  • Six Sigma Certification, IATF and 14001 standards, and strong problem-solving methodologies.
  • Valid Visa and Passport for potential travel requirements.
