Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history and a commitment to innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Quality Manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our HR data.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Defining and implementing HR data quality standards, policies, and procedures
  • Leading data quality audits and developing effective remediation plans
  • Collaborating with HRIS teams to maintain data integrity across all HR systems
  • Driving change management initiatives to improve HR data quality
  • Implementing quality controls and developing tools to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors
  • Overseeing enhancements and integrations of HR data systems to improve overall functionality
  • Communicating data quality metrics and insights to senior management and stakeholders
  • Promoting continuous improvement in HR data quality
  • Leading data initiatives and managing escalations to ensure ultimate issue resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data management, data quality/data governance
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal skills)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and database management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors
