- Cloud Computing: Utilize programming languages like Java, Go, Scala, and Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
- People Management: Manage a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems, and provide guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
- Intermediate-Advanced English Fluency
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 4 years of people management experience
- Master's Degree
- At least 9 years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Go or Scala
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
- At least 4 years of experience in open source frameworks
- At least 7 years of people management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Agile practices
