**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze information and documentation to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Follow up on procedures and internal work requests to ensure timely completion
  • Track and report on created bills and financial statements
  • Provide internal and external billing support
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and balance statements
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless cross-functional support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and supervise internal processes

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in an admin role, data entry, or documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, customer-orientated attitude, and self-motivation
