Job Title

Clinical Service Desk Specialist - NTT DATA Mexico

About the Role

This is a call center position that requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. As an agent, you will handle inbound customer calls regarding clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to incoming service desk calls from healthcare customers.
  2. Track and document incident tickets and related issues in a timely manner.
  3. Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. NTT DATA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
