Technical Management Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate commitment to customer service, anticipating and exceeding expectations through effective problem-solving.
* Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
* Handle sensitive information confidentially, maintaining confidentiality agreements.
* Own relevant manufacturing pieces of JOS tools like QRQC & LPA, applying them to workcell operations as needed.
Knowledge Requirements:
* Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and communicate regarding scientific and technical documents, financial reports, and legal information.
* Communicate key business and operations topics to higher management, providing informed insights.
* Coach, mentor, and manage training curriculum within areas of responsibility.
* Work effectively under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.
Education & Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, demonstrating expertise in the field.
* Minimum eight years related experience and/or training, showcasing leadership potential.
* Five years' experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, with a strong track record of success.
* Minimum three years of workcell management experience, managing complex multi-customer workcells or large mono-customer workcells.
