As a Customer Advocate Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and driving business results through effective communication and collaboration.

About the Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/customers, using in-depth knowledge of their industry and/or business processes to drive adoption and utilization of company products.
- Demonstrate product features beyond central functionality to help customers achieve specific business results and maximum value from our products.
- Identify opportunities and close additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related products.
- Ensure best practices are adopted for product use and handle escalations as needed.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing phone support, retention, upselling, and account management.
- Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding growth and customer satisfaction goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness.
- Solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with understanding of situational best practices.
Competencies:
