About the Role

The Senior Plant Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the Plant Quality department in our Piedras Negras manufacturing plant, driving strategic alignment with corporate objectives and ensuring operational excellence.

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Design and deploy comprehensive quality systems, emphasizing continuous improvement and risk management.

  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth among Quality team members, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance product and process quality, leveraging data-driven insights and analytical techniques to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a background in Quality, Engineering or Process Engineering.

  • Proven leadership experience in developing teams and driving organizational results.

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Project Management.

  • Excellent English communication skills.
