**Job Summary**
Mad Engine Global, Llc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Pre-Production department, you will be responsible for creating care labels for both domestic and import production.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate care labels for both import and domestic production.
- Create specific neck hits for licenses with varying sizes, tracking numbers, UPC codes, and private label requirements for import orders.
- Collaborate with the licensing department to verify all legal marks and branding are up-to-date and concept-approved.
- Ensure all data on the care label is correct regarding FTC rules and regulations.
- Guarantee timelines stay on track for orders throughout the creation process.
- Work with other pre-production coordinators to supply them with labels as needed.
- Communicate directly with factories for sending and approving neck hits.
- Maintain proper and detailed records, communications, and documentation for all design history, per order.
- Act as a liaison between the Production and Account Management teams for film requirements and licensing approvals.
- Ensure films, samples, paperwork, and information are ready to send to the printers as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator preferred but not required.
- Minimum 60 WPM.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be well-organized and a self-starter.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
