We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CI Engineer to join our team at Gates Corporation. As a CI Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Improvement Projects: Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and cost savings.
- Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that meet customer expectations and drive business results.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
- Culture of Waste Elimination: Promote a culture of waste elimination through training and development of Kaizen projects.
- Identify Opportunities: Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement, developing recommendations for solutions.
- Process Design and Analysis: Design and analyze process flows, maps, and re-engineering.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Monitor and evaluate the impact of new solutions and processes.
- KPI Management: Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure process improvements.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar area.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- Skills: Problem-solving, negotiation, effective communication, and analysis.
- Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, Kaizen, Green Belt, Black Belt.
- Software: AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
