We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our US/CAN Ops Team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting our operational cities in the US.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Liaise and coordinate campaigns, prepare and present client reports, campaign optimization, and KPIs.
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics and ensure activities remain compliant.
  • Organize logistics between cities, work closely with legal departments, and report directly to the General Manager.
  • Meet regularly with clients, provide them with reports, campaign summaries, and more.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget, prepare and control inventory, and manage customer support.
  • Recruit resources, conduct interviews, and oversee high-level HR duties, and support technology development.

**Requirements**

  • 1-3 years of experience in management and operations in a startup/scale-up.
  • Excellent English writing and oral skills.
  • Strong experience in Google Spreadsheets and SQL skills are a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong growth mindset, adaptability, and a fast-paced environment.
  • An active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
