As a Technical Support Engineer with Cisco Systems, Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers experiencing issues with our Data Center Routing and Switching products. You will work closely with customers to identify and resolve root causes of issues, and develop solutions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop new features and improve existing ones.

Requirements
Possess 5+ years in technical support experience in the following areas: Routing & Switching Expertise (Design, Implementation, Troubleshooting). Possess an English level equivalent to B2 or higher. Be able to attend the office at least 2 - 3 days per week.
