Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to contribute to our team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales, reaching out to customer leads through cold calling, expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction, achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and staying up-to-date with best practices to continuously improve through feedback.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers over the phone to determine their questions, needs, and reasons for their patronage. They will provide information about our firm's services, answer customer questions and inquiries using well-informed and specific responses to increase consumer trust and satisfaction, offer solutions to customer needs or wants to maintain customer satisfaction, use sales techniques to persuade customers to acquire our services, and build secure, lasting relationships with customers by providing consistent and thoughtful customer service based on diverse backgrounds, values, and interests. Additionally, they will effectively deal with customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary of $15,000.00 per month.

Work Environment:

This is a in-person role.
