We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our growing team at Intugo. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development Representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and appointments
- Respond to prospects and customer requests and follow-ups
- Communicate regularly with management on the sales pipeline
- Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential sales proposals, contracts, and approvals

**Requirements**:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Data entry and file maintenance experience
