About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Cloud Solutions: Develop and deliver cloud-based solutions using modern DevOps engineering practices, including automation, monitoring, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and AWS Code Pipelines.
- Monitor and Optimize Cloud Services: Proactively monitor all services using DataDog APM, RUM, etc., to ensure their availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Build and Deploy Cloud-Based Applications: Build and deploy.NET,.NET Core, and Java-based solutions on AWS, leveraging containerization technologies like AWS ECS on Fargate.
- Experience with Containerization Technologies: Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer who has a strong background in cloud computing, automation, and DevOps engineering practices. You should have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
