About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in administering the flow of non-inventory goods, including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • PIT rider operation, offloading, and accurately putting away non-inventory goods
  • Staging product in work areas
  • Organization of packaging supplies
  • Maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies kanbans and supermarkets
  • Receiving goods into Coupa system (data entry)
  • Researching missing non-inventory shipments
  • Assisting with payment inquiries from AP
  • Filing keeping
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work all shifts and overtime as required
  • Experience using computers, specifically Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
  • Willingness to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs)
  • Able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (applies to buildings with mezzanines)
  • Willingness to work on powered equipment (e.g., forklift or cherry picker)
