We are seeking a skilled recruiter to support our high-volume hiring efforts in Mexico City. This role will involve partnering with business leaders to design and execute recruiting strategies, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview plans, and evaluation criteria
- Manage candidate pipelines, including initial contact, screening, and offer extension
- Provide regular hiring updates and reporting to business leaders
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and compliance in our ATS
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Previous experience supporting high-volume, customer-facing roles
- Metrics-driven approach to recruiting, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
