About the Role
The Oil and Gas Reliability Solutions Sales Engineer position requires meeting/exceeding annual Net Orders booking goals and a successful execution of the growth initiatives for Reliability Solution Business, covering the oil and gas ecosystem, both public and private companies, in the region of Mexico primarily, but not limited to. This role is responsible for business development looking for to have a 12-months-rolling Opportunities Funnel for RS worth of 4 to 5 times any given Fiscal Year's Orders Goal, and to secure meeting Orders Booking Goal in that region and market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth for our reliability solutions portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the industrial or technology sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Knowledge of reliability solutions and technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
