Job Description

At TE Connectivity Corporation, we are dedicated to creating a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with our business strategies.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering, lean manufacturing, and six sigma practices. You should have advanced English language skills and at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Industrial Engineer or related degree
  • Minimum two years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in Engineering, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices
  • Advanced English language skills
Responsibilities
  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead time and create value
  • Analyze data and apply problem-solving methodologies to improve manufacturing process performance
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations leaders to integrate continuous improvement processes as part of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
