Global Technical Support Specialist

As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide professional, courteous, and effective technical support and customer service to internal employees. Your primary responsibility will be to receive, prioritize, document, and resolve/escalate end-users' requests and issues.
This is a hybrid role that requires 50% on-site presence in Mexico City, Mexico. You will work closely with multiple support teams to restore service and identify/correct core problems. Effective communication with end-users at all stages of the incident management process is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk role, with working knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems (Windows 10 and OS X), Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Management Console, SCCM, MobileIron, Citrix XenDesktop, Cisco VPN/Remote Connectivity, and mobile device support (Android and iOS).
We offer an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on your location and experience.
