Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Structure Architectural Engineer to join our team at Covestro. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing all CSA civil structure architectural engineering procedures, including progress reporting, change management, squad checks, and standard issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement civil structure architectural engineering procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address engineering issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil structure architectural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
