Key Responsibilities- Study Setup and Maintenance
- Assist in the setup and organization of clinical study documentation, including study files, CRFs, and guidelines.
- Prepare for internal and external audits, final reconciliation, and archival.
- Data Management
- Process Data Collection Forms, including logging, tracking, and quality control.
- Assist in the quality control audits of clinical study documentation to ensure study files are inspection-ready.
- Trial Progress Tracking
- Update Clinical Trial Management systems and provide access to study/client systems as needed.
- Run, review, and analyze study reports for accuracy and work with project teams to ensure updates are completed correctly.
- Site Management
- Contact and serve as a contact for clinical sites for basic requests, such as enrollment updates, missing documentation, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist in the tracking and distribution of safety reports.
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate document translation as needed.
- Assist with meeting coordination, activities preparation, generation of meeting minutes and agendas.
- Produce slides, overheads, and other materials as needed for project, departmental, sponsor, and business development presentations.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues to meet project objectives and timelines.
- Keep the Project Manager/Project Director/Clinical Operations Designee informed of any issues within the project team that require attention.
- Education
- C-High School or Equivalent
- G-Bachelor's Level Degree
- Diploma or Equivalent
- Language
- Fluent English level
