Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at Solaz a Luxury Collection Resort Los Cabos. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the resort's outdoor spaces are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas to ensure a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Operate various equipment, including tractors, trucks, and utility vehicles, to transport supplies and perform maintenance tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as mowing, edging, and pruning, to keep outdoor spaces looking their best.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained after use.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate various equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
