About the Role:
Diageo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Expansion Brands Junior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Rum category, specifically in the Standard to Luxury segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel execution plans to drive business growth and expansion in the Rum category.
- Identify consumer, occasions, customer, and category opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Lead a multifunctional team to deliver great brand performance and drive proactive growth.
- Deliver efficient and breakthrough marketing planning to become a valuable consumer recruiting machine for the organization.
- Ensure all plans (Marketing and Sales) are implemented thoughtfully, driving desired brand and sales results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with previous experience as a brand coordinator, brand assistant, and/or brand manager.
- Associate commercial analyst with proficient numerical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Confirmed resilience and ability to build strong relationships quickly across functions.
- Strong sense of ownership and a self-starter approach.
