Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Custom Brands team in LATAM. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing current and new regional accounts/partners for Custom Brands in LATAM.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage current and new regional accounts/partners for Custom Brands in LATAM
- Coordinate client relationship opportunities such as project proposals, budgeting, service contracts, and work orders
- Enhance current accounts and business opportunities by working with regional resources
- Ensure compliance with sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the Company
- Manage current accounts to assure sales volume grows year after year or is at least consistent in the defined territory
- Identify, engage, plan, and develop new regional accounts/partners, implementing a sales strategy that will exceed sales targets and ensure a high level of customer acquisition, growth, satisfaction, and retention
- Coordinate client relationship opportunities such as project proposals, budgeting, service contracts, and work orders
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, effectively representing the company's business and value proposition, and differentiation in the market
- Lead commercial negotiations and overcome objections with prospects, customers, and partners
- Inform work status and progress to Custom Brands LA Director and meet deadlines
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Sales role
- Fluent English conversation and written communication
- Good numeric ability
- Ability to engage at the Leadership level in a business benefits discussion
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and influence a broad range of stakeholders, internal and external
- Ability to work autonomously and integrate as part of a remote team
- The ability to build rapport with key clients
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Exceptional customer service skills
