About the Role:

The Purchasing Manager will lead the purchasing department, responsible for performing, controlling, and supervising materials and services purchases. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

About Our Client:

Our client is an international glass company seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the purchasing department to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes
• Perform, control, and supervise materials and services purchases
• Track and improve KPIs to optimize procurement performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals

Requirements:

• Administration, logistics, or engineering degree
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• ERP management experience (SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Advanced English language skills

What We Offer:

$40,000 to $55,000 MXN gross per month plus benefits
