Job Title: Sr Transport Coordinator

About the Role:

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Sr Transport Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network, including carrier management, freight operations, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of carrier management analysts to ensure timely and accurate tracking of freight shipments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize carrier operations, improve service levels, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and resolve issues related to freight tracking and carrier performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including timely updates on freight shipments and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transportation and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of success in carrier management, freight operations, and supply chain coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
