Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

The role is based in México and is responsible for the development and execution of logistic services strategies under 3pl warehouse and transport category.

This position will be responsible for leading all logistic sourcing activities, contract negotiations Tariffs, year over year cost reduction initiatives, inflation mitigation strategies and create and execute tactics to cover volume operation requirements. This is a leadership position who lead 3pl and transportation negotiation. The Logistic Procurement Anlayst will partner closely with Warehouse, Operations, Outbound and Inbound Transportation, Finance, Transportation Control Tower, Security, AP, Productivity, Finance, Sustainability and Move LatAm supporting the operation journey.

The complexity under Logistic services increased due to market contraction, government requirements and the internal supply chain therefore this role is responsible to maintain the operational continuity through several tactics ( RFP, Direct Negotiation, SRM´s programs, Tailor Made Models, Emergent Suppliers, Supplier Consolidation, and continuous improvement programs) One of the main responsibilities under this role is maintain the correct rates in concordance with the market should cost New agendas were developed in order to improve service and accomplished the Category goals, the logistic procurement coordinator is responsible to support as procurement side all the tasks required ( Sustainability, Move Latam, Demurages, Network Changes, Security)

Your Impact:

As Procurement Logistics Analyst your functions would consist:

Ensure the best in class tariffs per route applying Cost Management strategy executing TCO, Total Cost of Ownership Execute RFP, RFI & Eauction trough Ariba system managing supplier relationship with dircet comunication. Execute direct negotiation to deliver the right tariff, savings, cash flow, cost avoidance and service level improvements Execute analytics and understanding of the current cost, rates and total spend in order to take actions. Ensure volume to meet growth needs of our businesses negotiating through requirements and PepsiCo commitments Support the Continuous optimization of the channel working side by side with several stakeholders. Manage compliance to Pepsico relevant policies as well as government regulations under category in charge. Develop and maintain professional relationships with transportation supplires and internal stakeholders. Develop close working relationships with Suppliers to support innovation and Technology (One Network, GTMS) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers driving optimized value through strategic relationship management program (SRM). Source of new ways to work, trends and provide information and best in class practices. Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, Engineering , Economy, Finance or similar subjects

Experience

Experience in Procurement Processes English Advanced Advanced Excel and Power BI Procurement knowledge:Procurement Capability Model, 7 Steps, Spend Analysis, E-Sourcing, Risk Management (BCP & SRM); compliance, Contracts, Market Intelligence, logistics industry and business best practices to guide the strategy under category in charge. Competitive Analysis: Knowledge of sources for competitive analysis including the ability to create and analyze cost model Porposals Systems: SAP, Ariba, Power Steering.
