As a Fraud Prevention Analyst at Citi, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to execute customer service activities while adhering to Citi's policies and guidelines. This includes resolving client inquiries and issues, providing ongoing customer support, and escalating potential fraud cases to the Fraud department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client verifications and account-related inquiries to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Process transactions and cross-sell a wide range of products and services to existing and new clients.
  • Resolve inquiries and manage client issues based on empowerment grids, including waivers of late charges, interest charges, and write-offs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our expansive product and service offerings.
  • Escalate potential fraud cases to the Fraud department and sign on behalf of the bank, if necessary.
  • Fulfill client needs while providing an exceptional customer experience, measured by specific metrics.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for Citi's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a related role.
  • Basic level experience in a related field (combination of education/experience).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
