The Role

We're seeking a skilled Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a critical part of our user experience, you'll ensure that good, honest users receive their points accurately and without interruption, while preventing fraudulent activity. Your expertise will help review data and behavior for suspicious activity, and take action when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Review user accounts and actions for suspected fraudulent activity, following established processes to mitigate revenue loss and prevent future fraud.
  • Identify activity, behavior, and data indicative of fraudulent behavior through manual review and data analysis.
  • Suggest new methods to catch fraud activity early or improve existing processes.
  • Work with support and users to ensure a seamless experience, escalating widespread issues or trends for immediate response.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations consistent with team and department goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-paced environment by actively consuming support communications and resources.
  • Bring fun to Fetch by engaging with colleagues and celebrating individual and team accomplishments.
