**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage customer pricing in support of sales, reporting into the Global Leveraged Operations Team. The primary responsibility is to manage prices for a Regional Interconnect Solutions business unit in EMEA and Americas regions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Regional Business Administrator for Salesforce (SFDC PA) pricing tool, including Approval Flow governance, Trouble Shooting support, New User training, and annual SFDC PA user reviews.
- Raise pricing requests on behalf of price owners to the correct standards and requirements.
- Manage, maintain, track, and continuously improve usage of Salesforce pricing tool.
- Manage pricing processes, ensuring all processes are followed and in compliance with best practices.
- Manage, maintain, and track rebates in SAP and SFDC.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with company internal controls and standards.
- Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team to support pricing actions.
- Participate in Global projects and work activities assigned by the team leader.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of proven experience in SAP, SAP Pricing flows, and Salesforce Pricing management.
- Knowledge of Order flow processes in SAP.
- Analytical skills and ability to look at data from various perspectives.
- Proficiency with automations (like Excel Macros, VBA scripts, PowerApps).
- Ability to understand workflows and processes and follow-ups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to maintain cross-functional relationships with business managers, account managers, product line managers, and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both oral and written) with account managers.
- Strong organizational capability.
- Ability to prioritize and support effectively.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- SFDC/SAP experience is preferred.
