The Field Sales Officer is a key role within Citi's Consumer Sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets for financial products and services. This position requires a strong understanding of financial regulations and mortgage transaction structures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service assistance and support to clients, including sourcing and serving as the first point of contact for any client concerns or questions.
- Acquire new clients through tele-caller supported outbound calling and micromarketing activities.
- Regularly engage with support teams, including service, product, credit administration, credit policy, and acquisition teams.
- Conduct client, vendor, and channel meetings to optimize revenue and perform risk analysis to understand fitment with Citi's policies.
- Organize marketing activities to generate new sources of lead generation and new business.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in the financial sector and sales.
- Working knowledge of related financial regulations and mortgage transaction structures.
- General understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines, and regulations.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
