Job Title: Payroll Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Integration Specialist to join our team at Factorial HR. As a key member of our Product Services & Partner DACH Teams, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, implementing integrations, and ensuring the seamless usage of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new DACH customers by providing expert assistance via video calls and email until our payroll integrations are fully implemented in their organization.
  • Deliver a consultative approach to customers to ensure a tailored experience in setting up their accounts.
  • Understand client needs and problems, converting them into solutions and gathering feedback.
  • Share improvement points with other teams to enhance the customer journey and unlock market potential.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Payroll, Strategy & Partnerships, Product, Marketing & Sales.
  • Previous experience working with customers as an Implementation Consultant or Project Manager for solution integrations is required.
  • Some understanding of the Payroll process in Germany is essential.
  • Previous knowledge of Payroll software such as DATEV is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German and professional English language skills are necessary.
  • Proactivity: find the best way to ensure accounts are fully activated, clients have the best experience implementing Factorial, and gathered knowledge is shared within Factorial.
  • Fast Learner: quickly become an expert on the software and keep up-to-date with product updates and integration progress.
  • Problem-solving mindset: propose alternative solutions and workarounds to unexpected situations.
  • Good sense of analysis: understand market specifics and translate knowledge into information for the Product team to improve our solution.
