Screw Tightening Specialist

Bosch México is seeking a highly skilled Screw Tightening Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our screw tightening processes.

1. Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Quality Control: Ensure that all screw tightening processes meet the required standards and specifications.
3. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to engineers and technicians on screw tightening processes and procedures.
4. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems related to screw tightening processes, including equipment malfunctions and quality issues.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
2. Language: Advanced proficiency in English.
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team-based environment, and knowledge of mechanical properties of materials.
4. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
