About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in Central America and the Caribbean by executing our sales strategy and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Prospect, visit, and engage with customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales projects
  • Actively participate in local industry events to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections
  • Maintain and update critical information in our CRM system for effective sales tracking and reporting
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of technical sales experience with measurable and proven results
  • Engineering or technical background with HVAC knowledge or experience
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Available to travel 30-50%
  • Strong presentation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM usage
