Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled Production Planner to oversee production schedules and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze raw material requirements and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability.
  • Collaborate with production support groups to optimize production flow and monitor production output.
  • Communicate production plan statuses and prepare performance reports.
  • Engage in continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and revise inventory levels to maintain optimal strategies and avoid shortages or excesses.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in creating production plans.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APICS Certification.
  • Experience with High Mix/Low Volume operations, SMT, Back End, manual assembly, and automated processes.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and SAP experience.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Experience with multiple ERP systems and automated supply chain tools.
