- Education: Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or Mechatronic Engineer.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on people and leadership skills.
- English: Advanced level.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and legal operating requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and empowerment skills.
- Analytic and decision-making skills.
