Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Lead to analyze and optimize purchasing processes across Chillers Plants, inventory management, and materials system development to maximize process efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure standard work is completed and published in an updated version
  • Collaborate on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, process automation, and JCMS integration
  • Consolidate and analyze supply chain KPIs
  • Implement and document supply chain processes
  • Participate in supply chain disruptions escalations, define root cause, count of measures for short/long term, and track actions
  • Recommend and create software to improve processes
  • Evaluate industry standards and safety regulations
  • Participate in Risk Assessments
  • Participate in Training programs

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in supply chain management or a related occupation. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of ERP systems, MRP, and replenish inventory control systems.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Materials Control, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced English skills and availability to travel are also required.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
