About the Role

Onda is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials, sales assets, and templates that align with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine marketing/sales assets and templates to ensure consistency with our brand guidelines
  • Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and advertisements
  • Collaborate with the Onda team to understand their vision and translate it into effective visual designs that support our brand positioning and business goals
  • Present designs to internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work
  • Background in B2B sales and marketing
  • Proficiency designing in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, G-suite, and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
Additional Information
  • This is a fully remote 1099 contractor position
  • Flexible hours, but availability for team communication during business hours
