Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs, develop end-to-end solutions, and present analytic solutions to business audiences.
Responsibilities- Design and develop advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions
- Present analytics solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value
- Develop and manage analytics projects, working closely with global teams to ensure efficient, predictable, and sustainable delivery
- Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights
- Communicate results to senior management and develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions
- 6-15 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
- Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
- Strong project management and team management skills, with experience working with global teams
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus
- Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes
- Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
