- Data management and analysis experience (Excel, TM1, Tempus, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to drive business insights
- Experience supporting Engineering Operations, Engineering Finance, or project management to leverage existing knowledge
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management to demonstrate expertise
- Quick learner of new processes and tools to adapt to changing business needs
