**Job Summary**

The Change Analyst is responsible for overseeing product updates and ensuring compliance with procurement and engineering standards. This role involves coordinating the introduction of new product details, modifications to bills of materials (BOMs), and collaborating with various departments to streamline and optimize the product lifecycle process.

  • Initiate, manage, and expedite Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Notices (ECNs).
  • Work closely with procurement and engineering to set up new SKUs and update BOMs.
  • Collaborate with corporate process owners to refine SKU releases and enhance Change processes.
  • Train engineering teams on SKU requests and BOM modifications.
  • Foster cross-functional communication to synchronize product changes and updates.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in engineering change management, technical, or product/service management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in facilitating positive and effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, change management, or product development.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Capability to coordinate and manage projects across multiple teams and locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate complex organizational structures and foster teamwork.
