We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team at Finastra Usa Corporation. As a key member of our People Technology team, you will be responsible for supporting our global HRIS systems and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and change management of Workday processes
- Partner with cross-functional project teams to execute strategic initiatives related to People Technology and drive efficiency
- Perform analysis and research to identify process updates and optimize efficiencies
- Present system functionality and recommendations to HR and Business leaders
- Manage large-scale data updates through EIBs and resolve associated errors
- Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams on new HRIS functionality
- Collaborate with other Workday functional areas, including reporting and analytics
- Manage and support Workday bi-annual releases and adoption item implementations
- Experience in HRIS administration, specifically Workday, in a global organization
- Learning and Absence configuration experience with Workday
- Experience consulting with business leaders and drafting, testing, and implementing full HR business processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to concentrate and learn new technologies quickly
