**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist in the site selection, qualification, and initiation processes for trials

- Key contact with physicians and research teams during patient screening and enrollment for clinical investigation

- Assist in the conduct of the study, including data collection and adverse event reporting

- Monitor inventory levels and initiate logistics for investigational products

- Ensure clinical trials are compliant with regulatory and company guidelines

**Requirements**

- Degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical, or related

- Experience in the health industry: Pharma or Medical Devices

- Statistical analysis handling Microsoft Excel intermediate - advanced

- Advanced English

- Self-Directed

- Customer focus

- Customer relationship skills

- Collaborative work

- Travel availability 50% of the time

- Emotional Intelligence

**Quality System Requirements**

**Education/Training Role**

Assist in the development of training plans and materials, including hands-on training and training materials development.

Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and hospital staff on technical matters relating to company products.

Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.

**Selling Role**

Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level.

Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available.

Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses.

Drives HCE activities.

**Technical/Engineering Role**

Assist in the clinical study procedure (sterile field), playing a key role in device preparation and providing technical support and device and system troubleshooting as needed.

Key role in maintaining compliance for peri-procedural data capture during the study procedure.

Enables close monitoring of device performance and procedural enhancement through constant communication with field engineers.

Responsible for the development of internal case summary reports template as well as their completion.

**Additional Responsibilities**

Coordinate communication between internal and external customers to facilitate return of product according to departmental SOP.

Monitor the levels and expiration dates of investigational product in the field.

Ensure clinical trials are compliant to regulatory and company guidelines.

**Job Requirements**
